This 2-bedroom apartment in a holiday house has its private terrace with garden furniture. A spacious yard of 600 m2 with a pool, a children's corner with swings and a slide is shared with two other apartments. Fenced yard and private parking provide privacy and security. It is excellently equipped for a carefree and comfortable holiday. The washing machine, dryer, and iron are conveniently located in the shared area. The outdoor grill is shared with guests from the other two apartments.

Centrally located, it takes only 3 min walk to our magnificent Amphitheathre and about 8 min. walk to either the strict city centre or our old town ( bars, restaurants, pubs, galleries) All our town beaches are within 3-4 Km. Bus station 300 m distant.All villages 5-10 km distant.
