Casa Fresca je vrlo ugodan, intiman i zaštićen prostor od 54m2 gdje se voli biti. Okružen je parkom i maslinikom u 400m2 ograđenom prostoru. Idealan je za dvoje ljudi a kućni ljubimci su isto tako dobrodošli. Pitoreskni šumski putevi idealni su za duge šetnje ili vožnju biciklom.Topla i uređena kuhinja budi osjećaj doma te je moguće brzo prihvatiti ambijent kao svoj.Veliki ostakljeni prostor dnevnog boravka od 24 m2 srce je Fresce. Kuća "Belveder" sastoji se od jedne jednokrevetne prostrane spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka s blagovaonicom i kuhinjom, te kupaonicom s walk in tuš, i perilicom rublja. Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu u hladu vinove loze. The highlight is definitely the private swimming pool with sun loungers next to it, just to get the prefect summer tan and to enjoy the fresh Istrian air. From there you will also have a view onto the beautiful olive garden!

Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
