The Cove At Myrtle Grove

Come relax and enjoy this comfy house nestled along the Intracoastal Waterway and ​the Masonboro​ Island Reserve​. Enjoy many waterfront views from inside the cottage, outside on the deck, sitting at the fire-pit, playing games, or on the hosts' private pier. You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. On Island Time

Beautifully located duplex in the tree lined Harbor Island community of Wrightsville Beach. Amazing view of Banks Channel from the top floor porch/sunroom along with the back door stunning sunset view over the marsh and elementary school. Enjoy riding our bikes, paddling on provided kayaks in Banks Channel across the street, a jog around the famous 2.5 mi loop, or a fun day at the beach! 3 blocks from the ocean and 1/2 block from the Carolina Beach Lake trail. Ample parking and private sun deck/shaded patio to wind down after the beach. Freshly renovated and decorated in March 22'. Perfect for families/couples looking to be close to the downtown action, yet away from any noise/traffic. A peaceful beach escape w/ every modern amenity. BBQ essentials on site. Pet friendly. Lake House - Recently Remodeled, Centrally Located

An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.

Guest Cottage Near Wrightsville Beach

Spacious one bedroom guest cottage attached to our main home with private entrance and porch area complete with grill. Short drive (10-min.depending on traffic) to Wrightsville Beach. Great biking/walking paths begin at the end of Rogersville Rd. Several bikes available for guests to use. Bike to Wrightsville Beach or shopping/restaurants. Full kitchen, dining area, and bedroom with queen bed & walk-in closet on the first level. Upstairs living room area with queen pull-out sofa bed.

Wilmington's "Jungle Room"

We would like to extend a warm Southern welcome to all of our Guests staying in Wilmington's "Jungle Room." The separate Guest room is set in a beautiful tropical garden full of interesting and fascinating plants-palms, staghorn ferns, colorful bromeliads, and many more. One of our hobbies is propagating these plants because of their beauty and overall dramatic effect. If we've done it right, you can easily imagine you are in a tropical rain forest right here in Southeastern NC!

The Artist's Cottage

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.
