Property consists of a combined kitchen, living and dining area, bedroom, nicely set up shower room, front balcony offering wonderful sea views all year round and a good sized back terrace. Property is located roughly thirty seconds from the sea side, 30 seconds! :) :) Bugibba square is only five minutes walk and popular Cafe Del Mar is roughly fifteen minutes walk away.
