The Ilkley Hideaway Luxury Apartment in Central Ilkley

The Ilkley Hideaway is a private apartment based in central Ilkley only a few hundred metres from shops, amenities and the wonderful moor. The hideaway has off road parking and a private patio. We converted The Ilkley Hideaway in 2017 and have been welcoming guests ever since. I (Georgina) work for the NHS and Tom is a secondary school teacher- we live directly above the Hideaway with our young children Millie (3) and Hattie (1). We have had some amazing people stay over the years for cycling, walking, weddings and meeting family and love being able to host people in beautiful Yorkshire. The apartment is self-contained with its own entrance and parking. The accommodation offers: lounge/kitchen/double bedroom and en-suite. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, full size fan oven, and a ceramic hob. There is a breakfast bar and a comfortable lounge with sofa and sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, and a DVD player. The apartment has its own patio area, perfect for a coffee before your morning walk or an evening glass of wine. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. We pride ourselves on detail at the Ilkley Hideaway, there are some lovely little touches to discover; all designed to make your stay extra special. Walkers and cyclists are all welcome and there is bike storage. Regret no smoking in the apartment. Regret no dogs. Walk to everywhere in Ilkley from this central location, including cafes, pubs, bars, and independent shops. Stock up at a supermarket 300 metres away. Go on picturesque outings to the surrounding moorland, and hike further afield in the Dales.

Private Cottage - Countryside Farm Stay

Situated at the edge of Baildon moor, boasting amazing views of the surrounding countryside, we are surrounded by fields and stunning views. The perfect place to relax! We are a short walk from Baildon village, where you’ll find pubs, shops, restaurants and takeaways, and Leeds city is just 15 mins on the train. We are located on our family farm with some animals on site, we have horses, dogs, cats and our two pet micro pigs Gavin & Stacey. So some farm noises are to be expected on a morning!

Set next door to a lovely high-quality coffee house, makes the perfect spot to start your day. The cities of Bradford & Leeds are easily reachable, as are other stunning places like Ilkley, Harrogate & The Yorkshire Dales. The property is ideally situated near Apperley Bridge train station and Leeds Bradford airport.

Our recently upgraded cabin has a host of amenities, including en-suite shower, work/dining table, smart TV, wifi, fridge, microwave, hob, mini oven, kettle, toaster, heating & air con. Situated in the corner of our garden facing South, and surrounded by composite decking, the cabin is perfectly situated for accessing the Dales Way, Ilkley Moor, Harrogate, Leeds and Bradford. 15min walk to train station, 5mins to bus stop and 200m to a fab foodie pub. Dales Way access path across the road.

You’ll love my place for the beautiful riverside walk along river Wharfe; cross the bridge, it's Otley Meadow Park with a tennis court; If you prefer walking, supermarket Asda is 5 minutes away, 10 minutes to the centre of historic town Otley; for driving, 10 minutes to Chevin forest Park Otley; 20 minutes to Harrogate & Leeds Bradford Airport; 30 minutes to Leeds city centre & city of York

Come and stay in our first floor apartment situated in the picturesque village of Burley-in-Wharfedale.
