Little Oak - A unique tiny home

Our wonderfully unique tiny home ‘Little Oak’ situated within an acre of woodland and on the edge of the Heswall Dales nature reserve, it really is a special place and the perfect place to explore our beautiful area with incredible walks on our doorstep. We’re an outdoorsy family of 5+3 rescue dogs and having lived in the cabin ourselves we can vouch that’s it’s as comfy and homely as it is quirky and cool. Owl House

This wonderful space constructed at the end of my garden overlooks sand, dunes, & out towards the Irish Sea through a 3 metre window. Either side of the custom built door are circular windows that give the owl house its unique name & form. We work hard to ensure guests feel safe & cosy when visiting. So switch off, sit back & enjoy.If you like long walks this place is a beach combers paradise with a twist .... This a perfect retreat for artists, writers & anyone requiring a little RNR !

Moored within the Liverpool Marina, this unique 2 bedroom floating home located in the centre of the historic Coburg Dock, a waterfront property with stunning views of the City skyline and panaromic windows with views of the Marina. The floating home is perfect for couples, families, and tourists visiting the City. An ideal location to attractions such as M&S Arena/Exhibition Centre (10 mins walk), The Albert Dock (13 mins walk), Liverpool One/City Centre (20 mins walk).

Converted from an old dairy, it provides a compact but airy living space, a well equipped kitchen, a log cabin dining room/ workspace and a loft style mezzanine bedroom which overlooks the double height living area. The house is just a 5 minute stroll to beautiful Crosby beach and Anthony Gormley's Iron men art exhibition 'Another Place'. Excellent transport links with many bars, eateries and a handy shop nearby.
