Ideale anche come base per visitare l'Emilia Romagna e, in 2 ore di auto, città come Venezia e Firenze. E' consigliato avere l'auto. I trasporti pubblici distano a 2 km dall'alloggio con strada pedonale.

La casa dispone di un angolo cottura comprensivo di forno, frigo, microonde e piastra elettrica. In casa é presente un camino. Esternamente c'è uno spazio dedicato alla cottura in forno a legna e uno spazio per il barbecue.

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area. La zona è completamente recintata e dispone di un ingresso indipendente dalla struttura e dalla zona animali. Gli ospiti a quattro zampe saranno molto graditi!

The house is surrounded for three-quarters by about nine thousand square meters of land and it’s spread on four stories. On the second one two apartments are located and have been recently renovated.
