Vecchio Corso, Appartamento in stile romantico e vintage nel cuore della città

Segui le linee di questo appartamento di fine 800 finemente ristrutturato. Tra le linee ondeggianti e spioventi, troverai comfort in un'atmosfera quieta e romantica. Siamo all'inizio di una zona pedonale molto tranquilla, ma a un passo dalla movida. Trovi parcheggio in V. Palabanda, in Corso V. E., in V. Tigellio, in V. Sant'Ignazio, V.le Merello e V.le Trieste. Nelle linee blu i parcheggi sono a pagamento dalle 9:00 alle 13:00 e dalle 16:00 alle 20:00, nelle linee bianche è gratuito. Il VECCHIO COSRO si trova in una zona pedonale molto tranquilla, ma con la comodità che in pochi metri sarete al centro della movida cagliaritana. E'un appartamento molto grazioso e silenzioso, in cui potrai trascorrere delle vacanze rilassanti, senza essere disturbato dal chiasso della città. Si trova la primo piano della palazzina, e si sviluppa su due piani. Al primo piano troviamo il soggiorno con l'ampia cucina super accessoriata con forno, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, bollitore, tostapane, piano ad induzione. Sempre al primo piano si ha anche un bagno completo di doccia. Salendo al secondo piano abbiamo due stanze matrimoniali, di cui una ha il bagno privato in camera con doccia. In tutto l'appartamento c'è il parquet e l'aria condizionata/riscaldamento in ogni ambiente. Gli ospiti hanno accesso all'intero appartamento e allo spazio lavanderia(dove troveranno anche detersivi, stendi biancheria, ferro da stiro e asse per stirare), che si trova nel pianerottolo e che è in comune con un altro appartamento sempre di nostra proprietà. I miei ospiti potranno contattarmi in qualsiasi momento e per ogni necessità, sarò lieto di poter essere d'aiuto e di venirgli incontro. L'appartamento si trova in una zona pedonale molto tranquilla, vicino a ottimi ristoranti e caffetterie. Da qui è molto comodo raggiungere l'Anfiteatro Romano, l'Orto Botanico e le mura del bastione di Saint Remy, situate nel quartiere di Castello. A 100 m si trova la fermata del pullman 1, che in poco tempo ti farà fare il giro della città. A 5 minuti a piedi si arriva in Piazza Matteotti, dove c'è il capolinea di vari pullman, tra cui il PF e il PQ, che in pochi minuti ti porteranno nella spiaggia del Poetto. Sempre in piazza Matteotti, c'è la stazione del treno che collega la città all'aeroporto in meno di 15 minuti; Si trova anche il capolinea dei pullman ARST, con cui potrai arrivare a Villasimius . Nonostante la casa sia in zona pedonale, si trova facilmente parcheggio nelle zone limitrofe, più specificatamente: Corso Vittorio Emanuele(ultimo tratto), Via Palabanda, Via Sant'Ignazio, Viale Morello. Oppure si trovano delle zone parcheggio alla stazione o in Via San Paolo a pochi minuti a piedi.
