El loft se encuentra en el tercer piso de Casa Mavi, una antigua fábrica que fue remodelada para crear un lugar lleno de encanto que lo hace único. Cuenta con terrazas de uso común. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.
