Our property hosts two apartments just renovated and completely independent that can be rented togheter or individually. It is located in a privileged position with a breathtaking view of Como Lake. The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. Gated parking in the property.

The apartment has independent heating, air conditioning , satellite TV, wi-fi internet, washing machine, outdoor parking, lift, fully equipped kitchen, balcony with magnificent lake view, equipped with table and chairs. Sheets, towels and kitchen linen are included. The tourist tax is 3€ per person per day.
