Stay in an authentic log cabin from the 1800’s that's nestled among the 56 Acres of forest and shoreline of Lake MI, between North Point Nature Preserve & Mt. McSauba Rec. Go off Grid!!! The cabin property (over an acre), has a fire pit, cleared hiking trails throughout and loads of stuff to do all around. The beach only 400 feet away and is spectacular! There are local bike trails, tennis, golf, & disc golf), soccer fields, basketball courts, skate park, fishing, hiking, beautiful beaches

Cabin on lake w no public access. Owners out of sight and sound. Great pike fishing on supplied jonboat and 4 kayaks. Wood-burning sauna next to cabin. Lake Michigan beach and boat access 5 minutes away. 45 minutes to Pictured Rocks, 20 minutes to Kitch iti kipi, 25 minutes to La Fayette State Park. 12v batteries supply a bit of power and a few lights. Pets are welcome except on beds and futon :) Silverware, utensils, propane and firewood provided. You'll need ice, food, and drinking water.

Originally built in 1940 as a double camping lodge with a shared bath between them, The Loft is one of those, with a home addition added on in the 1960's. When I remodeled the home I created the modern version of a one room camping lodge with a bathroom and loft sleeping area. The home is full of character and some quarks but rest assured it is absolutely comfortable, cozy and efficiently set up for your stay.

Relax around the campfire after your day skiing, shopping in Gaylord or trail riding.

Private, cozy, 1 bedroom loft style apartment. We live in the front unit but will give as much privacy as you need. Home located on the main road through Lake Linden, just 20 mins from Michigan Tech, 15 mins from Houghton and 10 mins from Calumet. The best thing about our location is how close we are to so many gorgeous spots, including a beach, playground, campground and Torch Lake. We have a two night minimum stay.
