There's plenty of secure storage for kayaks, paddle boards and bikes.

Just a 5 min drive to the sand dunes & Lake District fells, so our gorgeous rooms are beach & Lake District themed. Plenty of stunning views, attractions & activities within easy reach. 16 people (+1 baby) absolute maximum occupancy. A sunny & spacious outdoor area where you can relax & use disposable BBQs. Beautiful lodge, private hot tub & lake view. Well equipped kitchen, central heating, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Lounge has sofa’s, TV, WiFi & patio doors to enclosed decking & seating over the boatyard & lake. Family dogs are welcome. Guests have use of the lake and can bring your own boats, kayaks, water boards etc. April to Sept bookings for the water park can be made at the Ski Centre. Hodbarrow Nature Reserve is within walking distance. Parking for 2 cars at the lodge further free parking

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Our modern cabin is set in our ten acre small holding close to the south Cumbria beaches and southern Lake District. Relax and enjoyed our cabin, it’s deck and hot tub or sit in the orchard and watch our hens. During winter when our smallholding settles down awaiting spring it’s a great base to explore the area. You will be the only guests and have the ten peaceful acres to yourself. You may bring One dog for a small fee.
