2023年に新しくオープンしました！ 場所は和歌山県の高野山で、天空の聖地と呼ばれ、標高900mほどの峰々に囲まれた山上盆地であり、町全体が世界遺産にも登録されています。 10年以上の高野山でのゲストハウス（Koyasan guesthouse Kokuu）の運営の経験を生かし、新たなチャレンジとして高野山内では初めての一棟の貸しを開始しました。 この宿は元々長年使われていなかったガレージをリノベーションしたもので、「山に籠るように過ごしてほしい」という思いから山籠（さんろう）と名付けました。この宿を隠れ家のようなものとして、選りすぐりの民芸品や器も楽しんでいただけるようにと思いを込めています。 一日一組限定で、完全にプライベートな空間と時間を提供します。友達や家族、カップルなど最大4名まで宿泊が可能で、自分とひたすら向き合う時間に、大切な人と思い出深い時間をお過ごしください。※宿泊中は完全に貸切状態で、他のゲストはいません。 チェックインはテンキーでの入館になりますが、入館後必ずホストが直接ご挨拶に伺い、施設案内、高野山の観光案内を致します。その他、滞在中は何でもご相談ください

A private Satoyama retreat in the mountains of Nara, just 20 minutes from the city. This traditional one-group-per-day house is renovated with reclaimed wood and uses fresh mountain spring water. Dinner options include tempura & sushi rolls, teriyaki chicken, koji fried chicken, or pizza making.

A newly renovated machiya town house with typical layout and a small garden, retaining the tradition of Naramachi - the old merchant town of Nara. Easy access via bus and train, supermarket, restaurants, convenience store, bakery, and a Japanese bath house just minutes away. This house belonged to a famous wood carver of "ittobori" - a traditional Nara technique of carving the wood. A projector and a record player will make your stay even more pleasant. Enjoy!

We had the pleasure of supporting the filming of NHK’s late-night drama Radio⭐︎Star, which premiered on March 30. HoToLo is scheduled to appear in Episode 22 on May 5. After cherry blossom season, Soni Village enters its beautiful fresh green season. Surrounded by soft greenery, this is a wonderful time to relax and unwind. At HoToLo, a private villa with a treehouse for only one group per day, enjoy a special stay immersed in nature.

The Japanese house stands in a biosphere reserve village, upstream on the Miyagawa (Miya River) which flows from Odaigahara National Park to Ise. The river is just a few minutes walk from the house which is the best place for chilling out, swimming with your family or family and enjoying water. 20 mins' drive from JR "Misedani" station and 60 mins' drive to the Osugidani Valley (one of the three greatest valleys in Japan).

Our guesthouse is located in the old town called Nara-machi. There used to be many traditional wooden townhouses known as Machiya. We restored Machiya while keeping the original structure in order to provide you with a traditional Japanese experience with local atmosphere.This house is for only private use and has only one floor with Japanese style room, shower room, washroom, sink and small garden.

Our house is traditional Japanese style house. 150 years old and in a very quiet location. We are renting house. Not shared with other guests. There are 2 bedrooms(Tatami-room) and 1 living room, gameroom, bathroom, shower toilet, all of the room are only for you. *Children is free of charge if your children don't need a bed and break fast. There are air conditioners in bedroom and livingroom.
