La pace, la vista del lago sia dal terrazzo che dal giardino rendono questo luogo unico. Siviano è il posto più tranquillo su un'isola che ha delle caratteristiche molto particolari: le auto private non possono sbarcare, si possono affittare biciclette , usare il bus pubblico e soprattutto scoprirla a piedi. La proprietà essendo in prossimità del castello Medievale non è raggiungibile con mezzo proprio, usiamo la nostra auto x portare gli ospiti e le valige. È comunque una passeggiata di 200 metri nel verde della collina.

DAS HAUS Durch ein Holztor kommt man in einen kleinen romantischen Hofgarten mit Aussenessplatz und Portico, welcher von Natursteinmauern eingefasst ist. Von hier gelangt man in die Wohnküche mit Esstisch und Holzscheitofen. Im ersten Obergeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer und im 2. Obergeschoss zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Vom Elternschlafzimmer geniesst man einen phantastischen Blick über den See und auf den Monte Baldo. Am Morgen ist das Zimmer sonnenüberflutet.

In inverno la neve rende la Val di Ledro un luogo incantato. Il vicino Monte Tremalzo è perfetto per lo sci d’alpinismo o per una semplice passeggiata con le ciaspole immersi nella natura. Poco distante dalla struttura, nella Val Concei è possibile inoltre praticare sci di fondo.
