The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a small, cosy chalet, 2 minutes' walk from the Champéry cable car, the railway station and the Coop. The Palladium, Champéry's large sports and cultural centre, and the village centre are only a few minutes' walk away. On the ground floor of the chalet there is a locked room to store your skis, boots and helmets A private parking space is located in front of the chalet. Additional public car parking can be found in the immediate proximity of the chalet.

Depuis 2007 je propose le studio « ChezlaCotch » entre lac et montagnes, à ce studio s’ajoute (depuis avril 2024) une chambre pouvant accueillir deux personnes. Le deux-pièces est séparé par un couloir commun que nous utilisons uniquement pour accéder à l’économat. Il n’est pas possible de louer seulement la chambre car celle-ci est sans sanitaire. Vous l’avez donc comprit la salle de bains est commune. Pour y accéder vous devez passer dans le “studio”, idéal pour de bons amis ou famille.

Tolle Doppelhaushälfte mit großem Garten und zwei Parkplätzen. Ruhig gelegen und 5 Minuten vom Genfersee entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich tolle Erlebnisse wie der Swiss Vapeur Parc, Aqua Parc, Bergtouren und vieles mehr. Der Ort "Bouveret" hat eine Menge zu bieten und ist traumhaft gelegen, direkt an der französischen Grenze. Das Haus ist zwar schon ein bisschen älter, aber es funktioniert alles und die Lage ist wirklich toll. Die Küche ist komplett neu. Wir finden es sehr gemütlich 😊

Only 15 minutes from Evian and 20 minutes from Montreux, this is house is just 2 minutes from the Swiss border.

La Grappe is a home located in a peaceful neighborhood in Villeneuve. It's a 5 minute walk away from the Lake of Geneva, a short walk to the train station (10 minutes) and nestled between the mountains and the lake. A great place to stay as a hub to visit the rest of Switzerland, or simply to rest and relax. This property is unfortunately not suitable for young children and infants. No pets allowed.
