We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Spacious Secluded Villa in Tranquil and peaceful Location in the Istrian land offers comfort and relax. Perfect for getaway and on Easy Reach to all Point of Interests. In a very quiet area, the villa provides privacy, peaceful and safe comfort place in calming greenery. In period June-Aug, change over day is Saturday and for stays longer than 7 nights please send an inquiry. Other months, check-in day or min stay is flexible and we suggest to send an inquiry to confirm you availability.

CASA AVA,STIFANICI,ISTRIA

Casa Ava is an original stone Istrian house. It is situated 12 km from Porec where the nearest beaches are. Stifanici is a small authentic village easily accessible . Truffle area in Motovun and Groznjan are a short drive away as well as many vineries. Porec is also famous for entertainment,there are always music or sport events throughout summer. Marked bike routes are just at your doorstep. The floor heating and radiators have just been installed so it is very warm in the winter.

Vila je opremljena sa svim potrebnim kućanskim aparatima što daje osjećaj komoditeta. Donja soba raspolaže velikom garderobom umjesto ormara što omogućuje dodatni komfor. Detalji vile uređeni su u starinskom duhu te obiluje renoviranim namještajem i predmetima.

A beautifully 240m2 restored 150 years old Istrian villa situated in a calm and picturesque village of Mrgani. It features 5 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, large roofed terrace and 40m2 heated pool. Villa is surrounded by rolling hills and green nature offering a never ending options for bicycling, hiking and running. Gourmet restaurants and excellent wines provided by some extremely popular local Istrian and Croatian wineries can be enjoyed in nearby historical town Rovinj.

With the nice weather the garden is obviously the favorite part of the house to spend time. You can cool yourself down in the pool, or you can enjoy preparing your food in the cosy summer kitchen with the traditional open fireplace. The outdoor dining space is perfect to spend warm evenings in a good company. All of this is even better when you can enjoy the spectacular views and greenery that surrounds our beautiful villa. The garden has a lawn irrigation system.

House has private parking, private pool, garden surounded with fence, outdoor grill, outdoor dining table. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms,Sat-TV, Playstation, wi-fi, air condition in every room,... Pets are allowed and wellcome, and pet fee is 50e per pet, payable on the spot.
