A beautiful five bedroom converted barn in Sud-Charente in France with a separate one bedroom cottage and swimming pool. With five bathrooms, two kitchens, underfloor heating & full wheelchair access throughout the property. The property has an enormous central living room with sofas around the fireplace, leading onto a covered terrace for dining and out onto a stepped garden down to the pool. Cosy for couples and ideal for families, the property has been designed for elegance and accessibility.

Au "Domaine de Champ rose" (gîte) vous pouvez vous reposer dans le calme et la campagne du sud-Charente dans notre grand gîte de charme (château du 18ième siècle). Nous vous réservons un accueil familiale et vous guiderons sur les activités de la région. Pour vous détendre, nous sommes équipés d'une piscine privée, couverte et chauffée toute l'année, d'un grand parc ombragé, d'une salle de jeu et d'une bibliothèque, ainsi qu'un terrain de pétanque. Nous acceptons 18 pers maximum. Pas d'animaux.

Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Nombreuses activités sur place : piscine, kayaks et vélos, grande salle de jeux : billard, tennis de table, baby foot, jeu de fléchettes, jeux de société, jouets pour les enfants, livres, BD… L’île abrite en outre une forêt-jardin ce qui en fait un véritable oasis pour la biodiversité !

This lovely two bedroom cottage offers accommodation for up to four people with one double and one twin room. The cottage has its own private and enclosed courtyard area with alfresco dining and cooking areas. It also boasts a beautiful south facing deck and sunbathing area accessed directly from the French doors in the living room. La Chaumière is set in just over an acre of attractive, mature grounds with a fabulous pool set within the walls of an old barn and stunning views.

Ancienne maison charentaise de 18ème siècle, le charme de la pierre allié au confort moderne avec une terrasse privée donnant sur les coteaux environnant. Le centre village est accessible à pied, il y a une boucherie de qualité, une boulangerie, un point poste avec accès aux infos touristiques du coin, la mairie, une laverie et une supérette "SPAR". Nombreuses activités possibles dans le secteur. Au carrefour de la Gironde, de la Charente-Maritime et de la Dordogne.

Ce jolie studio est situé entre le quartier St Cybard et Les Planes, idéalement situé à 5 minutes en voiture du centre ville d’Angouleme et 2,7 km de la gare et proche de la RN10. L'accès au bus est desservie 3 mn à pieds. L'entrée au studio se fait de façon indépendante par un portail sécurisé électrique coulissant avec un Pass. Le studio est situé dans un bâtiment annexe à notre maison principale.
