Luxstowe House is a historic cottage surrounded by wild, sprawling gardens on acres of land hidden just 5 mins drive from Bowral. The sweet country cottage is set at the bottom of a tree-lined drive and below an old barn once used as a sculpture studio and now as a tree nursery. Only 1.5 hours from Sydney, it will transport you to another world so you can relax & recharge on your next getaway.

Hi I'm Basil. I live with my donkey family on a beautiful property in Exeter. Come and stay in a lovely private barn beside my paddock. It has 2 queen beds, a spacious & warm living area, with a kitchenette and a stylish bathroom. Escape the stresses of the modern world & enjoy the view over the pond. Curl up on the couch in front of the wood fire. Explore the delights of the Southern Highlands-cafes, restaurants, lovely drives and walks. We are only 10mins from beautiful Morton National Park.

Nana’s House. Peaceful setting and a warm welcome!

Nana’s House is a fully self contained, cosy, spacious, 2 bedroom cottage. It shares a wall with host’s home but is completely separate and private. However due to proximity it is NOT suitable for parties or noisy gatherings. Partially air conditioned. 2 separate entrances, full kitchen, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, 2 lounge areas including rumpus room (with books and games) in which to relax. Situated on 5 acres, on a hill overlooking the valley. Strictly NO smoking and NO pets permitted on property.

Free car parking adjacent to private ramped entrance. Key-safe access. By negotiation a small, mature, well-behaved dog accepted in living area, (not in bedrooms, please) and under control in garden area. My place is unsuitable for long term rental so I am not depriving anyone of an affordable housing opportunity.

Japanese Studio Fitzroy Falls

Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. The Studio has a bar fridge , microwave, toaster, coffee pod machine and kettle. No kitchen. .Enjoy stunning 9 acres of gardens . Perfect location for photo shoots, wedding ceremonies or getaway. The Pines. A beautiful, relaxing country house.

'The Pines' is a lovely quiet property , surrounded by trees and a paddock. It's almost like being on a farm, but only ten minutes walk to the centre of town. The house is light and airy, with a relaxed country feel, a French-type patio to enjoy long summer lunches, and a log fire in winter to sip a glass of wine in front of. We have a big, unfenced garden for children to enjoy. Our bird bath always attracts many colourful residents, as well as some visiting bunnies sometimes!

The Stables at Long Paddock

The Stables is a self contained guesthouse situated on our family property in beautiful Burradoo. Suited to either a family of up to four or two couples, the guesthouse is fully equipped for a weekend away in the countryside. Located midway between Bowral and Moss Vale, the Stables is set on 10 picturesque acres and surrounded by unspoilt farmland, with views to Oxley Hill and surrounds - yet Bowral’s boutiques, homewares stores, restaurants and cafes are just 5 minutes away.
