Beach house on Broulee's best street

Our lovely Broulee beach house is just steps away from beautiful South Broulee Beach. In a quiet cul-de-sac, the beach is a one minute walk to the end of the street and over the dunes. Walking distance to cafes and local shops, the house is clean and fresh, with three bedrooms in the main house as well as a backyard cottage with another bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There's fire places inside and out, a large deck with a BBQ and a big fenced backyard good for pets. We hope you enjoy your stay.

A gentle leisurely stroll to Mosquito bay boat ramp and Cafe 366, or head in the opposite direction over the hill to Malua Bay surf beach. A 10 minute drive North to Batemans Bay or South to Broulee. The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.

The house has direct access to a walking track metres from the front door to the patrolled section of South Beach Private outdoor shower and private outdoor gazebo. 8 metre heated mineral pool at back of house which is a shared space with the owner’s house at rear. Steps from the beautiful North Broulee beach the space is private from the rest of the house with it’s own entry. The room is light and airy with a very comfortable Queen size bed and quality linen. The space has a newly renovated bathroom. The kitchenette has basic cooking facilities and a light continental breakfast is provided There is free wifi, a smart tv, a chair and ottoman to relax in within the room and outside there are numerous seating options and an 8m pool to enjoy.

This brand new house has everything you need, whether relaxing or having fun. At the South end of the beach is Broulee Island where there is a rare pocket of littoral rainforest. Excellent spots for fishing and a great surf break at Pinks Point. From vantage points on the island, you can spot migrating whales.

Guerilla Bay Beachfront Hideaway

Enjoy suberb location of this 80's bedsit- large bathroom, bath, toilet and kitchenette. Attatched to main house it has a private entrance and 2nd Airbnb nearby. Bedsit doesn't face the ocean. Nearby cafes are available for meals or you can cook simple meals. Take one minute walk to Guerilla Bay beach or enjoy stunning views from your own outside table in the front garden. Wallabys, echidnas and monitor lizards are common.

Birds and beach at Broulee

Our place is close to the beach which is great for surfing, swimming, paddling and family bike rides. You’ll love our place because of the location right on the creek with birds and water fun just seconds away. The split level design and high ceilings creates a cosy and yet spacious feeling. Our house is good for couples, families (with kids), and those travelling with their pets with a fully enclosed back yard.
