It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Nuestra buhardilla es perfecta para todo aquel que quiera huir del bullicio de la ciudad. Está situada en un pueblo muy tranquilo, por lo que es ideal para relajarte con tu pareja, o para establecer un lugar desde el cual poder visitar todo lo que Madrid nos ofrece. Parque Warner, pista de nieve cubierta en Xanadu, Safari Madrid, zoo de Casa de Campo, Toledo, playas de Aldea del Fresno y muchas cosas más, son las que podrás visitar desde nuestro alojamiento. Apartamento de techo alto pegado a la casa de campo de Madrid. A 150 metros tenéis la boca de metro Alto de Extremadura y justo al lado una parada de autobús donde paran cinco líneas de autobuses que os llevarán al centro histórico de Madrid en pocos minutos, además también hay una línea nocturna que sale desde la plaza de Cibeles. En un radio de 100 m tenéis bares, farmacia,estanco, supermercados, pastelería,banco, etc, para que no os falte de nada. EN EL APARTAMENTO NO ESTÁ PERMITIDO FUMAR.

Elegante apartamento en zona señorial

Mi casa se encuentra en el elegante distrito de Chamberí (MadridCentral), con conexión directa por Metro al aeropuerto, los lugares de interés en Madrid (Palacio Real, Museo del Prado, IFEMA, Gran Vía...) y las estaciones de alta velocidad ferroviaria. Es mi propio hogar, donde yo mismo resido habitualmente. Tiene un salón de 35m2, un balcón de 12 m de largo, cocina, baño y dormitorio. Es muy soleada, tiene preciosas vistas sobre un palacio y sus jardines, y ningún escalón desde el exterior.

Hola, soy María, dueña de este acogedor piso. Aunque soy la titular del alojamiento, la gestión la realiza mi hijo, Jorge, que será el principal contacto durante la estancia. El se encargará de recibirte y ayudarte con cualquier duda y asegurarse de que todo esté perfecto para ti. La zona es ideal para descansar, también está muy bien conectada con Madrid.
