The apartment can be accessed via a lift as well as stairs and is tastefully decorated and furnished providing great comfort and luxury. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen is situated on the upper level and leads onto a large living space that opens out onto a balcony suitable for outdoor dining. Leading off the living room is the opulent master bedroom which has unbeatable views of the Atlantic Ocean and Table Bay. There are 3 additional bedrooms situated on the middle level: all with unique views and 2 out of the 3 are ensuite. All 4 bedrooms are fully air conditioned. The whole lower level is dedicated to entertaining: a large lounge/pool room with kitchenette and bathroom flows out onto a fantastic deck with swimming pool, deck chairs, table, sun-loungers, umbrella, garden and gas barbeque. *** please note that due to the drought in Cape Town the swimming pool may not be usable depending on water level. We cannot run the motors for filtering The entire multilevel apartment is very secure as it is equipped with an alarm system and 24 hour private security company which monitors the property regularly. There is also double secure off-street parking and a full time dedicated cleaner (on weekdays, weekends on request) to assist with all your needs. Guests will be welcomed and given a brief tour of the apartment and the facilities explained. Your host will be available to answer any questions and give advice & recommendations should guests be new to Cape Town and would like assistance in planning their itinerary - please feel free to ask your host. Also, in case of emergencies, your host lives in the area, 2 minutes away. This incredibly central location in Green Point on the Atlantic Seaboard is close to the city centre, V&A Waterfront, Cape Quarter Centre, Cape Town Stadium, Sea Point Promenade, Green Point Park, and much more. Because we are centrally located, Uber Taxis are always close by and available. There is an exceptionally efficient and cost effective MyCiti Bus service 8 minutes from the apartment (St. Bedes Road Bus Stop). This is the main transport mode of Cape Town. Should you wish to rent a vehicle, there is a double garage and also on-street parking around the building in Springbok Road. Guests are asked to be mindful of neighbours with regards to noise levels Usage of the lift is not permitted between 22h00 and 06h00

This bungalow is truly one of the most beautiful places on earth. This bungalow faces the desirable direction of North West and is right on the beach at the bottom of the steps on third beach. It has unparalleled views and includes a beautiful garden and barbecue and heated rim pool that looks directly onto the beach. Situated on the Western Cape’s famous Atlantic Seaboard, Clifton is noted for the shelter it is given from the prevailing South Westerly winds during April to March and protection from the North Westerly winds in the winter time. Its four dazzling white granite sand beaches are separated by granite boulders. All the beaches are Blue Flag which means that safety is maximised and the impact of tourism on the environment is controlled. State of the art security linked up to armed response company 24/7. Alarm and keypad and electric fence. Pool and garden are available to guests that make your accommodation unique and special. We have keys and a keypad for access into the bungalow. We will check you in personally. I am available by phone and email. We have two staff available onsite each day to assist with whatever is needed. Clifton Third Beach is one of the most famous locations and beach in the world. This magnificent bungalow is located a few steps away from the ocean and beach and comprises everything you need for a glorious holiday on the beach. Enjoy swimming in the pool overlooking the ocean, watch glorious sunsets and relax on the sun loungers on the deck. The bungalow is a kilometer away from restaurants, night life and shops in Camps Bay and Sea point. Car and Uber is best way to get around or walk on beautiful beach front. From the airport use either an Uber or taxi and use the address 22 Victoria Rd Clifton. Then when you arrive you will be at the parking and bus stop of third beach clifton. Walk down the steps opposite to the bus stop side keeping left until you reach bungalow 26 at the bottom a few steps away from the beach. You can always call us on arrival and we will fetch you from the parking as well. Since the bungalow is self catering, a cleaning service is needed at approximately R250-R350 per day. Each bedroom is made up of 3 king beds that can be separated into 2 single beds in each room on request.

No elevator, stairs only Guests will receive their own set of keys and will have the entire apartment to themselves. The apartment is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of the apartment building. Although the area is safe for pedestrians at day and night, the apartment is also very secure. The door has a security gate and the window is fitted with lockable security shutters. The building is located in Mouille Point, an affluent and safe suburb located between the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point. The area is a seaside treasure, conveniently situated within walking distance of many major attractions and popular restaurants. Given its central location, highways and major routes in and around the city are within easy access. Cape Town’s International Airport can be reached in 25 minutes. If you do not have a car: coffee shops, restaurants, Green Point Urban Park, golf course, Mouille Point’s beachfront and promenade as well as the V&A Waterfront are all within walking distance. Taxis and Uber readily service the area. Connect to the surrounding areas on the Atlantic Seaboard or central Cape Town via the convenient MyCiTi Bus public service, the Three Anchor Bay bus stop is 200 m from the apartment complex. This service also provides access the pristine beaches of Camps Bay, Clifton and Hout Bay. The red hop on hop off City Sightseeing tour bus stops at the Green Point light house on the Sea Point promenade 200 m from apartment. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Please be considerate of your neighbours - keep noise level minimum between 22:00 - 07:00.

I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay.
