The pool is only available during the warmer months (Nov to Feb). No parties and external guests please.

Within walking easy distance to bus routes to the city, cafes, shopping mall, banks, restaurants etc.

This large studio space with a study is the perfect spot for travellers or newcomers into Auckland. Located only a 3 minute walk to the train station, which takes you to Auckland CBD (Britomart Train Station) as well as Newmarket and Kingsland Train Station (for events at Mt Eden) via the western line. If taking the bus is preferred, it is a 5 minute walk to the Avondale bus stops. A simple kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave and kettle is available. Free onsite parking available.

A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.)
