During our guests stay they can melt their cares away in our custom built wood fired bath tub, looking at the beautiful sunset or stars above. We are an Eco Farm Stay and have a spacious self-contained studio room. Location is five minutes’ drive from Orange & 20 minutes’ walk of several wineries. We have beautiful views, garden view from your room & over the town and surrounding countryside. You will find it very peaceful and quiet with a homely feel. You can see the Murray Grey cows, calves or chickens, stroll through our cherry orchard or just do your own thing. We are very approachable but any contact will be your choice.

Private studio located up a quiet country lane on our lovely small acreage just 12 kilometres from Orange Town Centre. Enjoy the peace & quiet overlooking our bottom paddock & dam with resident goats, sheep & ducks. You may hear a neighboring mower , motor bike or dog but that’s all part of rural living! Once in your personal parking spot, expect to be warmly greeted by Kate. A clever add on to the rear of our large barn like garage located next the main home but has a private outlook.

The BnB is a repurposed/renovated section of our home. Locked off from the main household it's in a secluded location overlooking our backyard food garden. A light breakfast is supplied, plus tea and coffee etc. The kitchenette has a microwave, Pod Coffee Machine, small fridge, kettle and toaster. The ensuite has a washing machine. The king size bed can be converted to two singles upon request with your booking. The hospital is 5 minutes drive, and the city centre 15 min walk.

Avondale

Modern, light filled, private room, 30 square metres of space with an adjoining bathroom and a seperate private entrance hallway. Carpeted, insulated, reverse cycle a/c, super comfortable King bed, lounge, dining table & chairs, study desk, smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. Sunny verandah area to enjoy your morning cuppa. Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, bread, milk, cereals and condiments supplied fresh for each booking. Bathrobes also included.
