I have eliminated my cleaning fee for 1-2 night stays because I understand the frustration of so many fees, and short stays tend to need less cleaning time. Enjoy easy access to everything from this close in NE Portland studio apartment. This 2nd story apartment in a 1880 victorian home is newly renovated with new everything! It is short walk to the Oregon Convention Center, Moda Center, Emanuel Hospital, and more. Near the Max, buses, and street car. Centrally located, you'll also be a walk/short drive to Williams Ave, Mississippi Ave, NE Alberta St., and downtown Portland. PDX Airport is a 20 minute drive. There is street parking available.

Eastwood Loft Foodie's Delight, Pet Friendly

This pet-friendly ground floor apartment is in the heart of Portland's Southeast Laurelhurst neighborhood. It's just 5 blocks away from a hub of amazing restaurants and Whole Foods Market. There are cafes, shops, breweries and parks all within walking distance and it's just one block off of the famous East Burnside Street. Pet fee is $35 for one night; $50 for 2-7 nights. Higher fee with longer stays.
