Forest Studio in Portland w/ yurt

Rustic retreat 10–15 min from downtown Portland. Includes a yurt with electricity, Wi-Fi, and simple comforts, plus a private basement studio with its own entrance, kitchen, bath w/ warm shower. Not luxury glamping—no polished floors or paved trails—just a peaceful spot near gardens, trails, and St. Johns. Note: Studio is 50 yards from yurt across grass and pavement; not ideal for guests with mobility challenges. Also the space is near forest park so you should be okay driving on a hill.

Enjoy the local deer, bunnies & birds. We have an equine facility with 2 of our own horses & boarders. Our friendly Australian Cattle Dog 'Buddy' will on occasion greet you. As this is our home & private sanctuary if you are expecting visitors please ask us for approval.

Tiny Cabin Guesthouse

Take the flagstone path to this cozy, modern cabin (tiny home) with knotty pine walls, warm light, and a bedroom/loft that overlooks a wildly landscaped yard and garden. This 300 sq ft guest house features everything you need for a comfortable stay in the great PNW. Please note: Before booking, be aware the toilet in this home is a composting toilet, not flushing. It will be clean and ready to use with instructions available in the home.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with quick access to I-84. We are just 12 minutes to Gresham but have the feeling of being secluded. The unit has a private entrance in the back lower level of our home. It includes a separate BR, living area w/ gas fireplace, dining table w full kitchen. Our miniature donkey, llamas, chickens and a sheep have been relocated to our daughter's home due to our upcoming move. No Pets.
