Stylish rural Pukeroa Cottage, near wedding venues

The cottage suits a couple and in the lounge is a sofa bed for a third guest. If there is only two of you and you require the sofa bedding please let us know at booking. Located in the heart of West Auckland's vineyards and wedding venues, 36 kms from the Auckland CBD. Close by is Muriwai Beach with its gannet colony and surfing, also the magnificent Kaipara Harbour, Woodhill and Riverhead forests. Ideally situated for those travelling via the scenic Kaipara Coast and 40-60 min to AKL airport.

Fully renovated, light, self contained cottage with stunning views of our special valley & Farm. Ideally suited for a couple, but we have a comfy sofa bed ( double), so 2 extras may be accommodated. Just 45 mins drive from Auckland CBD, 8 km from closest small town. An easy stop to or from the airport. Ideal for those looking for a quiet get-away, also with everything required for a longer stay; or to use as a base to explore the surrounding area. There is a full kitchenette, BBQ, WiFi & TV.

Ian and I welcome you to a taste of country life and country noise, an hours drive from Auckland City. The Shed offers peaceful rural and water views plus the occasional visit from wild deer and peacock. Nesting swallows on the porch in case you have a fear of birds! It is a restful stop on your travels, or an escape from the hustle bustle of life. Stand alone with a garage between it and the main house. Happy to put together a yummy platter and wine, message separately for prices ☺️

You will love this newly build accommodation, inspired by modern European country style, set against a backdrop of magical native bush. The accommodation is separate from the main house. Tranquil Karekare Valley Home

Tranquil Valley Home, 4 guests 2 upstairs bedrooms. A walk on Karekare beach is one of the most memorable walks in the country. Some of the local bush and coastal walks are also highly rated. Karekare had some significant flooding in February 2023. There are still some road works being completed. We inform guests about these at the time of the booking. Our place and Karekare is now fine and safe to visit. We look forward to having you stay. Stephen

Misty Mountain Hut - Piha

A tiny isolated hut amidst Kauri and Rimu trees to escape the world, self check in. Outdoor Fire, long drop, outdoor hot shower/bath. Surrounded by Tuis and Wood pigeons the hut is close to Piha and Karekare…or simply stay and enjoy nature. Beaches are 10 minutes away by car. Grocery shopping and gassing up recommended beforehand. Misty Mountain Hut supports local Piha staff by paying $40/hr.

Stay in our cosy converted horse stables, we offer great country living, with beautiful views. "The Stables" is only 10 min from Muriwai Beach where you can visit the Gannet colony, walk on the black sand or surf the Westcoast. Kumeu district is home to 8 wineries, beautiful Riverhead and Woodhill forest. Come and unwind in our farm-like rural setting, away from busy city life.
