Ce 2 pièces est totalement rénové avec goût et est situé au 5ème étage sans ascenseur. Très ensoleillé et d’un calme olympien, il peut accueillir 4 voyageurs personnes maximum.

Situé au dernier étage sans ascenseur, l’appartement offre une très jolie vue sur les toits et le clocher de l'église sur la Vieille Ville. il suffit de 5 mn pour aller à la plage Bien qu'au cœur du pittoresque et vibrant Vieux Nice, l'appartement situé dans une rue vivante Autres remarques L'appartement est situé au 5ème et dernier étage et la dernière partie de l'escalier est un peu étroite. Attention l'escalier peut faire peur, mais l'appartement mérite un petit effort

En plein cœur du vieux Nice, quartier piéton, dans une rue à proximité immédiate des bars et restaurants, Niché au calme d'un immeuble ancien, adorable petit appartement avec chambre séparée, Au dernier étage (sans ascenseur), climatisation, Décoration Vintage élégante. Attention l'escalier dans cet immeuble typique, est raide. L'Autonomie pour les bagages est obligatoire, car l'arrivée est autonome et le retrait des clés se fait à proximité.
