Lemon Tree Cottage

Depending on availability we are happy to discuss early access and/or later departure times. This spacious brand new 3 bedroom airconditioned cottage is one minute’s walk from the Lemon Tree Passage marina and shops, in a quiet residential area, and less than 30 minutes from any of Port Stephens' many highlights. This comfortable home has everything you'll need for a great holiday or getaway with friends or family. The Bowling Club is a 5 minute walk and the Golf Club and RSL 6 minutes drive.

Minnalong Cottage This lovely one-bedroom, self contained cottage is set on a working horse property. It is conveniently situated for a self-guided tour of the Hunter Valley vineyards including Pokolbin, Wollombi and Broke, or a comfortable stopover on your way north or south. It is located at the base of the Watagan Mountains, with easy access for bush walking, picnics or 4WDing. The Vineyards are 30 minutes drive away, Newcastle and beaches are 45 minutes drive and Port Stephens 1 hour.

The Cottage - Berry House

Nestled among heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up, unwind or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool, sauna, explore the gardens, collect farm fresh eggs, feed the chickens & sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids. Dogs welcome on request.

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property. You will see cows, geese and if you go for a walk - ducks, chickens and further on a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful Paterson River. You will see the River in our photos. Also there are so many attractions in the surrounding area.
