The ottoman in the living area converts to a comfortable twin size bed. Beach access being just a few steps away. Short stroll to the CB boardwalk.

The beach entrance is visible from the property, only 2 blocks away with golf cart parking right by the Hamlet Ave public beach access. There is a Shibumi beach canopy as well as a couple boogie boards for guest use. 4 Person GOLF CART INCLUDED w/TOWN PARKING PASS! Save Money! Park close to beach and boardwalk! As an extension of the tropically-themed PalmTreeHouse upstairs apartment, you may book the PalmTreeHut simultaneously for parties of four, or go solo on your Wilmington excursion.

Right on the CB boardwalk w/ many choices for ocean view restaurants, etc. Pet friendly with an additional $60 cleaning fee per pet and early check-in and late check-out fee $150 for each request w/ 2-day notice.
