Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Once a 19th-century horse stable, this Tuscan home was discovered by my mother : a Dutch artist and traveller, she moved here in search of beauty, nature and light. She stayed for twenty years. My brother and my daughter grew up running barefoot on these ancient terracotta floors. With its 42 mt high, the Salvucci Tower is one of the famous towers of San Gimignano and today the only one turned into a vertically-spread apartment divided into 11 floors, for a total of 143 steps. A unique and timeless place, ideal to experience something never tried before. The tower can hosts couples or small groups up to 3 people. Its panoramic rooftop boasts an incredibly breathtaking view all over the town.

Al termine di una tipicissima strada bianca delle colline toscane fiancheggiata da cipressi, I Sassi di Wally è un divertente cottage con torretta costruito in pietra, un tempo dependance agricola di un casale del 700 oggi ristrutturato. La casa, internamente rinnovata nel 2022, è indipendente, con giardino privato e recintato, zona lavoro, parcheggio e vasca idromassaggio “sotto le stelle”. Gli animali sono i benvenuti. Ideale per un periodo lontani dalla solita routine in totale privacy.
