The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. A pretty garden setting with access to pool and outdoor entertaining areas. We have a sofa bed in the lounge room for extra accommodation and a portable cot on request.
