Self-contained with bedroom, bathroom and tea/coffee station. Opens onto a small patio in our super sunny garden. We live in the main house on the property but our guest house is at the rear of the property and is nice and private. We do have a small dog that is sometimes in the garden. He’s super friendly but can be kept away if needed. Great location, bus stop at the top of the road which takes you straight into CBD in 15min. Ferry is also located in Birkenhead which is about 5km away.

Studio 16 is a self contained modern light filled space perfect for a couple. It is open plan in design with bedroom, lounge and kitchenette in one. An Air Conditioning unit is in this area. The separate bathroom is fully tiled with a large walk in shower. There is also a spacious walk in wardrobe with ample room for your suitcases. A washing machine is in this area. This is a smoke and pet free property.

Absolute waterfront as-close-as-you-can-get to the sea and coastal wildlife - offering privacy, serenity, sunshine and stunning sunsets... Very close to amenities - including golf courses, beaches, cafes, and Auckland's CBD. The Boathouse is for the pleasure of booked guests - not to entertain friends and family - there are many venues in the area we are happy to recommend.

Our place is waterfront, close to parks and great views. The bay we're situated at is tidal, and there is a lovely boardwalk close by. You’ll love our place because of the views, the ambiance, and the location. Our place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids older than 7 years). We have a Jack Russell dog and a cat.
