It is an ideal base to visit the Cotswolds, Oxford, Cambridge, and only 50 minutes to central London by fast train.

We are located in a rural village with good pubs and walks on the doorstep. Kislingbury is conveniently located with good road and rail transport links. The annexe is ideal for couples and solo travellers. Please do note as the pictures show the annexe is a converted attic, so the ceiling height decreases at the edges of the rooms.

The Bungalow at Woodcote is a private, peaceful, self contained bungalow with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, large living area. There is private parking onsite. King size bed in the bedroom, & a pull out double sofa-bed in the living room. TVs have Netflix, Disney & Prime. Fast fibre broadband. We also offer a washing machine and tumble dryer. Close to restaurants, pubs and shops, and a short Uber or bus ride into the town centre. Please note ID may be asked for during check-in.

We are confident that our small yet mighty space will meet your needs offering a comfy double bed, shower room, snuggly sofa and a fully fitted kitchen and inspire you on what can be created in a small space. Our cosy space is a renovated garage situated next to our house but you will have your own private entrance and lock safe. Parking is also available. Dogs are very welcome but please add them onto the booking as there is a charge .

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.

Excellent location to the business park, Brackmills and 10 minute drive from Northampton train station. Lovely’s walk down to Delapry abbey which hosts various events throughout the year . The studio is totally self contained so you can come and go as you please. Very quiet, private and has a South facing balcony overlooking the garden. There is wi-fi, unrestricted parking on the street immediately outside the property. It has a shower. A small dog is welcome to stay and use the garden and there will be £30 charge, payable directly. An oven & microwave are available. It is suitable for 2 adults over 18 years of age.
