You can even match the single beds to have a large double bed. You'll find beautiful and spacious bathrooms, with a large shower to ensure maximum relaxation. The living room is the brightest room, with a comfortable sofa bed, a new smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen. You will have also access to the private terrace on canal. Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! You will have your own PIN (we will send you 24 hours before arrival), so everyone can enter easily. The lodgings can host a maximum of 4 people, and has been renovated respecting its real core: you can still breathe the genuine atmosphere of Venetian houses inside these walls, with a touch of refinement and originality The house is located on the second floor of a small building which is just 20 meters from the famous Rialto Bridge and a few steps from the characteristic fish and fruit market: the real beating heart of the city. Restaurants, shops and the famous "bacari" (taverns) are located just below the house. The house is very bright and the comfortable and spacious living room will make you feel like living in a Venetian noble building . You can also watch the authentic life of the city that animates the below street from the small terrace of the bedroom. I will personally welcome my guests and, though living not close to the house, am always available for any of your needs. Located in the central area of San Polo which is full of Venice’s historic sights like Rialto Bridge, the Grand Canal, and the oldest church in the city, San Giacomo di Rialto. The area has a lively bar scene and interesting shops. You can easily reach the main tourist attractions from home.
