A hill surrounded by olive trees and a landscape where infinity opens up all around: we fell in love with it immediately. The adventure begins: we start with renovating the house. Recycled materials, bric-a-brac, we want every single room and piece of furniture to be in harmony with the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

La casa ha subito un restauro conservativo, che mantenendo fede all’aspetto originale, ne preserva l’uso ai fini del soggiorno e residenza. La casa è dotata di una camera al primo piano con un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli affiancati.
