Restaurant und Geschäfte befinden sich in der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Gästehauses. L'alloggio si trova al centro di Soprabolzano in una zona molto silenziosa ed è distante meno di 5 min a piedi dalla Funivia del Renon. La città di Bolzano si raggiunge in ca. 12 min. Nella circostanza della Casa si trovano ristoranti.

The flat is the mezzanine of an independent house, it's on a hill and it is only for the guests. There are two beautiful bedrooms (READ CAREFULLY THE PART BELOW ABOUT THE RESERVATION OF THE ROOMS) with double beds, windows with curtains, wardrobes and bedsides tables. This nice little studio apartment is quite comfortable for a couple or duo of tourist who want to visit Venice in one of the best zone, the Sestiere of Cannaregio. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. I'll provide personally to let you know all the place we live and enjoy as venetian people, with my personal point of view! The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.

Our Bee House leaves nothing to be desired. It is particularly suited for young people who appreciate calm spaces und nature. If the climb up to the gallery is too difficult, there is a comfortable sofa bed available downstairs.
