A tower with an independent entrance through a private loggia offering panoramic views. On the first floor, there is a living room and a small pantry area (it is not a full kitchen) to store food and prepare a light meal or coffee. Climbing one flight of stairs leads to the second floor, which features a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. Attached to the bedroom is the shower cabin and bathroom. Note that there are also three flights of stairs from the parking area to the accommodation.

This small cottage of 55 mq is located on the edge of the historic center of Florence, near the central train station, the riversides and the main roads which connect the city center to the airport and the highways. It is located within the garden of the main house where I live and it has a pleasant garden where guests can relax and a safe private parking. Guests can reach the heart of the historic center and its monuments with a 10-15 minute walk along the beautiful Florentine riversides.

Ich spreche auch Englisch und Italienisch und stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, damit Ihr Urlaub ein richtiger Traumurlaub wird.

L'alloggio è adatto sia a singoli che a coppie e a chi viaggia per lavoro. Parcheggio libero nella via. In zona ci sono diversi negozi, bar, ristoranti e un supermercato.
