Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

A FREE Welcome basket with biscuits, tea coffee, milk, cereals and other treats await all our guests in the apartment. Guests have their own key so you can come and go as you please with no disturbance to anyone.

Less than 2 min from the Tram stop, where there is free parking and a day ticket only £5.00 There is a living area & a separate bathroom. This fully insulated suite has Air-Con, heaters, a large shower, Smart TV, WiFi, working/eating space, & access via locked gates on the driveway, with free off street parking.

We are within 15 minutes of The Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle and within 30 minutes from Melton Mowbray, Grantham and Nottingham. A perfect location for any getaway.

The bedroom can be set up to be used as a twin bedroom on request with a separate toilet upstairs. There is a well equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom with a shower. A lockable lean to drying room for putting wet clothes and bicycles. There is off road parking and a garage available to store motor bikes. Oaks Edge View is 2 miles from Matlock.

Beautiful outbuilding situated in the heart of Derbyshire. Outbuilding separated from main house. Shared garden with stunning views of the countryside. We live within a quiet small estate that is situated in the heart of Derbyshire. lots of little towns ,Belper is a lovely town with river gardens and lovely boutiques for shopping. Fancy walking or bike riding why not visit matlock or the peak district
