Lokacija je potpuno okružena prirodom, a samim time i atmosfera je mirna i tiha. Postoje brojne biciklističke i pješačke staze, kao i povijesna željeznička ruta Parenzana. Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Hiša se nahaja na podeželju, v mirnem in prijetnem okolju. Pred njo je prostorna terasa. Ima veliko predsobo, dve spalnici, dve kopalnici, jedilnico s kuhinjo ter manjšo sobo s TV, ki tudi lahko služi kot spalnica. V kuhinji je štedilnik, hladilnik z zmrzovalnikom in mikrovalovna pečica. Na voljo je brezplačna Wi-Fi povezava. V kopalnici je na voljo pralni stroj, pa tudi likalnik. Pred hišo je veliko dvorišče, z možnostjo brezplačnega parkiranja.
