It's a lover's hideaway with multiple places to enjoy private conversation, champagne or simply be. Play scrabble in the vegetable garden, drink wine in the flower garden. African tortoises roam the yard on warm days, Rhode Island Reds hunt for bugs and provide fresh eggs.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This historic cabin built in 1920 was recently refurbished to its old charm with some modern upgrades for your comfort. The original owner of the Cabin was an author named Catherine Woods. She wrote the very first book on the history of Palomar Mountain; Teepee to Telescope. You'll find a copy in the cabin for a good read.Lots of natural light make this little cabin feel spacious, the windows throughout the cabin offer a beautiful forest view.

Tucked in the breezy inland coastal hills of north San Diego, our farm is a great centrally located getaway destination. The beautiful 3-room cabin is perched on the edge of a coastal canyon with a beautiful view. Relax in the hottub and enjoy the quiet! We have five other farmstay homes here if this one is booked, or you'd like to reserve for a larger party.

Cedar Crest

Cedar Crest is a nicely remodeled cabin while keeping its original charm. It is easy access. A few steps lead you to the deck in the middle of the trees... This cabin can sleep 2 people in a king bed and if you would like to bring your kids, the master bedroom has a full size futon. (Kids sleep free) For pet owner, the east side of the cabin has a fenced-in space. We recommend you do not let them be there unsupervised as a motivated mountain lion could jump the fence and arm your pet.
