I love this place. I lived here until Sept 2019. You live upstairs in the penthouse and it is airy and bright all year. There are 2 decks one on the south side and one on the north. Each is about 350 sq feet. There is seating for 16 so everyone can have their place to relax outside. there is a gas grill and large capacity washer dryer. The bay can be viewed from both decks and the living room. Not panoramic views but enjoyable. There is parking for up to large trucks on our private nearby lot
