Located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of the Main Inn, Country Inn Rooms are quite small but elegantly appointed. All rooms are individually decorated with (1) queen bed, private baths with shower & standard amenities. These rooms have small bathrooms & dormers over the beds/windows. Rooms include our buffet breakfast & wifi. This newly renovated studio style Blue Cottage contains two rooms. One with a queen size bed and the other with a full sized bed along with a kitchenette, screened porch and a private bath. It is brightly lit with vaulted ceilings, and a newly tiled shower. The location is perfect as it directly faces the sandy beach! Don't forget to bring your pet! They need a vacation too!.

Go Boutique on a Budget! The Black Elephant Hostel is a very vibrant and comfortable space with unique décor. We pride ourselves on being super clean, affordable and friendly. We are one block outside of Old Port and nestled among some of the finest eateries, shopping, and entertainment in Portland. Hey Ladies is a FEMALE ONLY dorm and consists of a 4 twin bunk beds. It has an in suite bath and sleeps up to 8.

The Elms - Lodge Room

The Elms is a historic Queen Anne Victorian mansion built in 1882 to serve as luxury accommodations for international executives and dignitaries visiting the local paper mill. Overlooking the Presumpscot River across the street from the old mill, the building retains many of its original architectural details, featuring lofty ceilings, grand staircases, exquisite woodwork, and antique furniture.
