Stort familjehus vid vattnet

Välkomna till denna familjevänliga och praktiska villa med havsutsikt - perfekt för familjer eller större sällskap. Huset ligger i skärgårdsmiljö på vackra Boholmarna en liten bit söder om Kalmar, men fortfarande på cykelavstånd (6km). På något av dom två trädäcken hittar du sol från att den går upp tills att den går ner. Eller varför inte njuta av en middag i det stora matrummet med skjutdörr i kvällssolen. Sugen på bad? Här finns 2 stränder - båda på gångavstånd! Eller hoppa ner i badtunnan!

Oknölund

Välkomna att hyra vårt hus på ön Oknö utanför Mönsterås. Huset ligger precis vid havet och har en stor trädgård med uteplats. Huset är avdelat, värdparet bor i en annan del. Huset erbjuder tre avskilda sovrum, braskamin, ett kök, två toaletter, vardagsrum och ett matrum. Läget är fantastiskt bra med 25 m till havet och Oknö erbjuder flera badstränder och här finns två campingar, två restauranger, en minilivs och flera glasskiosker. Norra Öland

Varmt välkomna till en nybyggd stuga på norra Ölands västkust! Stugan ligger omgiven av tallar och skog, med gångavstånd till havet (ca 20 min) och sjön (ca 4 min) i ett lugnt område. Efter en dag på stranden, efter utflykterna eller efter att ha fiskat i sjön, kan ni laga lite god mat i stugan och promenera ner till havet och se när solen går ner bredvid Blå Jungfrun. Skulle det mot förmodan regna någon dag, kan ni krypa upp i den stora soffan och kolla på serier eller spela brädspel.

Welcome to Vånevik. Just off Oskarshamn (10km) on the Swedish east coast you will find this fantastic holiday home with a stunning sea view over the archipelago. The house and location offers everything you can think of to make your stay extra special, fishing, sightseeing or just a relaxing vacation with friends or family. Cabin Basebo at the Countryside!

A tasteful cottage! Double bed at sleeping room, up to five madrasses on a spacious loft. Sauna and veranda, washing machine, BBQ, garden furniture, playground. Nice, quiet life at the countryside. Trampoline, lots of playgames & books. A great place for children! 200 m to bathing place with boat. This house is situated close to my own house, we will be neighbors during your stay. 25 minutes to Astrid Lindgrens World. Guidebooks on the surroundings are available at Basebo förlag.

Guesthouse surrounded by the ocean close to Kalmar

Välkomna till en stuga med ljuvliga utomhusytor. Njut av havet och den vackra naturen och närheten till Kalmar, Öland och Oskarshamn. Det finns en altan med morgonsol och en altan mot väster för sköna grillkvällar, kvällsmys och fina solnedgångar över hav och natur. Två ordentligt tilltagna sovrum samt ett kök mittemellan dessa. Optimalt bor 4 personer här, men det finns 8 sovplatser om ni är beredda att bo lite mer trångt. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och kommunalt vatten.

Gäststuga, Färjestaden, Öland!

Stuga på tomt med lugnt läge nära hav och natur. Ligger i Färjestaden (vid paradisverkstaden) med 500 m till badplats, närhet till mataffär. Fullt möblerad stuga med en våningssäng, överbädd 140cm och under 120cm. I köket finns kyl, frys, mikrovågsugn samt elspis och ugn. Wi-fi. Badrum med tvätt/torkmaskin.Bussar går in till Kalmar var 20:e minut. Cykelfärja går varje timme till Kalmar sommartid. Täcke och kuddar finns men inte sängkläder/handdukar. Rökning ej tillåtet. Inga djur.

Sjöstugan, Solviken

Newly built seaside cottage for comfortable year-round accommodation directly at the shore of an idyllic bay. 4 + 1 beds. About 350 m2 private plot with pier and boat. The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

The Findus cabin next to the river Emån, Emåturism

Stay at a farm with cats and hens as your neighbours. Two cabins (The Pysen cabin and the Findus cabin) next to Emån, 5-6 beds in each. WC and shower in separate building. 200 meters to the river where you can fish, swim and also rent canoes. Finish the evening with a barbecue. This listing is for booking the Findus cabin. Space for at least 8 people, if not more, the summer cottage with 5 beds is available during week 25-35. 200 meters to swimming with fine sandy bottom, 1 km to Stora Rör harbor with restaurants, tennis courts, padel courts and only 6 km to Sweden's foremost golf facilities Ekerum Golf and resort.
