Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

You will find The Olive House in the very end of a small village called Jakomici. The second floor of the house has been recently refurbished and consists of two identical apartments, each with a kitchen, huge living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Each apartment is suitable for 4 people. You can relax completely, chill out in the garden or in the new swimming pool, or you can come with us for a boat trip (not included). Breakfast, lunch and dinner on request, at extra charge.

This cosy apartment in our family home has a separate entrance and garden terrace. Located just steps away from the charming medieval hilltop village of Gračišće, the apartment has lovely views of the countryside and rolling hills. A shaded parking spot is available free of charge in front of the apartment. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The interior of the apartment is pleasant, but if necessary, air conditioning is available with agreement and permission from the host.

Peaceful, quiet area in central Istria is a perfect place to relax and enjoy free time with family and friends. It is also a good starting point to reach Rovinj, Pula, Opatija, Poreč or Rabac.

Predivna malena kuća u nizu, smještena u starogradskoj jezgri gradića Pićna. Prilagođena je gostima koji žele ostati na duže vrijeme, ali i gostima koji su se zaputili u istraživanje Istre. U prizemlju je kuhinja, prostor za odmaranje sa televizorom te otvoreni kamin. Na katu po strmim stepenicama uspinje se na hodnik koji dijeli dvije spavaće sobe. U jednoj je francuski krevet sa ormarima i ostalom opremom te druga soba u kojoj su dva odvojena ležaja za jednu osobu.
