Bondgate with a double bedroom and sofa bed is centrally located in Otley town. It has a private and secure courtyard with easy access to the towns shops,market,Pubs,bars,restaurants and cafes. A gateway to the famous Dales and Otley Chevin,Ilkley moor,Riverside parks and nature walks close by. Appealing to the Cycling and walking/hiking community for which we offer secure outdoor space for cycles. There is free parking on Bondgate and 2 free car parks very near by. Sorry we don’t allow pets.

Park View House is South facing with views to Roberts Park, Salts Mill, the River Aire, Leeds Liverpool Canal and distant hills. It offers a tranquil base to enjoy the many attractions this beautiful and vibrant area has to offer. It has a spacious king size bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds. The first floor bathroom/wc has an electric shower over the bath. There is a comfortable living room with WiFi, TV and DVD player and views to the river and park. Unsuitable for children under 8 years.

Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

The property is a short walk from Baildon village where there are pubs, shops, restaurants & takeaways. Leeds City Centre can be reached via train (17 minutes from Shipley train station). On the farm we have horses, cows, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs & cats, therefore some farm noises are to be expected!
