I like to provide my guests with helpful information. On request, I can provide them with suggestions for undiscovered tours/spots in Rome. 1st floor apartment in a 3 storey villa with a wide garden. It is quiet and airy. It has 1 bedroom w. bathroom en suite, a furnished kitchen corner and a light dining room. A/C bedroom has a double/twin bed; a single sofa bed for a 3rd person/child is in the dining room. WiFi. Bus to the center is only 100mt & subway 800mt. Lively district with a true Roman flavor full of wine bars, bistrots & restaurants where to dine "al fresco". Open air market and supermarket/groceries etc 100 mt. away .

Cozy Home Rome

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).

A few minutes walk from the pedestrian area which brings to the Vatican, right around the corner of the A subway line Ottaviano, some stops from the Spanish Steps. Welcome to Suite 1A :-) a cozy flat, completely renewd, equipped with every comfort, in a quiet tree-lined road next to everything. In a historic building with very high ceilings, the windows overlook a well-finished garden with a nice orange and magnolia tree. The perfect place to rest.
