We promise it will be cooler in Summer & warmer in Winter than any traditional building. Secure off street parking with electric gate & fence. Enjoy a braai ( barbecue) on the patio while watching the sunset /surrounding mountains from the wood fired hot tub. Beautiful modern unit with great finishes.

Unique stand-alone, partially off the grid cottage overlooking working farm (Fynbos/Protea, Vegetables, Sheep, Cattle). Situated at the foot of the mountain next to a dam. Walking distance from Baardskeerdersbos. 18km from Pearly Beach and 22km from Gansbaai coastal area. This cozy cottage has 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 guests and has a private woodfire hot tub next to the patio. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate any pets. The working farm has sheep roaming around and also 3 big farm dogs.
