Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the annex with its private patio area and private hot tub. You will also benefit from private use of the swimming pool every other day of your stay. With a large living area, two ensuite bedrooms and well equipped kitchen The Annex is the perfect rural retreat for couples and families.

Modern detached studio set on an equestrian property, on the outskirts of the beautiful Buckinghamshire village of Quainton. Quainton offers wonderful walks and views, a working Windmill, a delicious cafe, a shop and a friendly pub - perfect for that much needed getaway. Whether you are staying for business or time off, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and pubs to visit locally. Convenient location for Bucks Railway centre, Waddesdon, Bicester and within 30min of Silverstone and MK Bowl.

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. The Artist's Studio is a self contained wing of The Manor House in Sibford Gower - a picturesque village on the edge of the Cotswolds. It has its own private entrance, a pool on your doorstep, and is surrounded by beautiful countryside, walking trails and quaint pubs. The double height space is light and bright, whilst full of history and charm. A perfect getaway, or an ideal base from which to explore the Cotswolds, Oxford, Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Bicester Village or Blenheim Palace.

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.
