Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

Je vous propose mon studio dans lequel je vis, idéalement situé sur la rue de Lévis avec tous les commerces au bas de l’immeuble. Métro villiers (ligne 2 et 3) L’appartement se situe au 6eme et dernier étage avec ascenseur jusqu’au 5eme. Il dispose d’un lit escamotable canapé dans le salon, d’une salle de douche, d’un wc séparé, et une cuisine équipée ( lave linge séchant, four micro onde et réfrigérateur avec congélateur). La pièce donne sur 2 balcons donnant sur la rue de Lévis.
