Relax in this charming place to stay in the heart of Parnell. There are two bedrooms with a spacious lounge and free off street parking. Please note that there is NO KITCHEN but an electric kettle, toaster, microwave and bar fridge. It is located directly behind Parnell Village, being close to numerous cafes, restaurants and bars. It is also very close to the Link bus on Parnell Road going to the city and Newmarket.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The studio has everything you need in a compact space, the queen size comfortable bed folds away into the wall as you can see in the photos. The bifold doors open up onto your own deck which joins a shared courtyard. The studio shares the entrance to a town house, but is it’s own private self contained space with a locked door.

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
